Exora Automotion is a specialist in automotive digital transformation, automation, and technology solutions for the Independent Automotive Aftermarket (IAM). Founded in 2025 by Gijsbert Slob, Exora Automation helps automotive businesses improve operational efficiency, implement digital technologies, optimize business processes, and accelerate sustainable growth.

With more than two decades of experience in the automotive aftermarket, Gijsbert has built, transformed, and led digital organizations across Europe. His career began at Kwik Fit before moving to Goodyear Dunlop Tyres. He later established a greenfield IAM wholesale business, gaining extensive experience in building successful aftermarket organizations. His passion for digital innovation led to the development of online platforms such as Rackpro and Leadgen, followed by responsibility for data management and e-commerce across the Benelux region at Partspoint/Brezan.

Gijsbert subsequently founded CODE, the European Centre of Digital Excellence for Alliance Automotive Group (AAG). As Director of CODE, he built and led an international team of more than 70 specialists responsible for delivering digital platforms and technology solutions across Europe. These included automotive catalogue platforms, centralized data management, e-commerce solutions, lead generation platforms, distribution order management systems, system integrations, and numerous business-critical digital transformation projects.
